The client must ensure that any content, images, software, trademarks, or other materials supplied to us can legally be used for the intended purpose.

3. Fees and Payment

All service fees will be communicated to the client before the relevant work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made according to the payment terms communicated at the time of engagement.

Additional work or requirements outside the originally agreed scope may be charged separately.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made for our services are non-refundable.

Once a service, consultancy, development, design, optimisation, or other project work has been ordered or commenced, the client is not entitled to a refund, including where the client subsequently changes their mind, decides not to use the completed work, or does not provide the information or access required to complete the project.

Where applicable, we may, at our sole discretion, agree to modify the scope of work or provide an alternative solution. Such arrangements are not guaranteed and do not create a right to a refund.

5. Project Scope and Changes

Work will be performed according to the scope agreed with the client.

Requests for additional features, major design changes, new functionality, additional pages, integrations, or other work outside the agreed scope may result in additional fees and an extension of the delivery timeline.

6. Delivery Timelines

We will make reasonable efforts to complete services within the estimated timeframe communicated to the client.

However, delivery dates may be affected by factors including client delays, third-party services, hosting providers, domain providers, payment gateways, APIs, software platforms, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

Website projects may involve third-party services, software, hosting providers, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, domain registrars, analytics platforms, or other external services.

We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, failures, pricing changes, security incidents, policy changes, or discontinuation of third-party services.

Any third-party fees are normally the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

8. Website Performance and Results

While we use reasonable professional efforts to improve website performance, design, functionality, or optimisation, we do not guarantee specific results.

For example, we do not guarantee:

  • A specific website loading speed under all conditions

  • Guaranteed sales or revenue

  • Continuous website availability

  • Compatibility with every browser, device, plugin, or third-party service

Results may depend on hosting, internet connectivity, third-party systems, website content, competition, search-engine algorithms, and other factors outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and licensing of custom work, source code, designs, graphics, content, third-party components, and other project materials will be determined by the specific project agreement.

Third-party software, plugins, libraries, fonts, images, templates, and other materials remain subject to their respective licences and terms.

The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied by the client do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

10. Confidentiality

We will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential information provided by the client confidential and will not knowingly disclose such information to unauthorised parties, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to provide the agreed services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tarun Rawat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability relating to a particular service or project shall, to the extent permitted by law, not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for that specific service or project.

12. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep TarunRawat.com available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
